Silicon Quest International (SQI)
is a silicon wafer organization with two in-house manufacturing facilities. Our
corporate office and main manufacturing plant are located in Santa Clara, California. To meet our customers' demands, a
second manufacturing facility was built in Reno, Nevada.
A fully equipped state-of-the-art
Class 100 clean room with individual Class 10 inspection stations combined with
a high quality water purification system guarantees cleanliness. Our ADE 8100
Microscan non-contact wafer sorter and our Laser Particle Detection System
verify the specifications you want. Continual monitoring of processes yields
uniformity of product. Our Certificate of Conformance and Certificate of
Analysis are available upon request.

Quality
Our inspections
verify wafer type, resistivity and thickness. Two ADE 8100 Microscan non-contact
wafer sorters can verify TIR (global and site), total thickness variance (TTV)
and can produce 3-D graphics.
